right to approve all ad content prior to publication. Payments for
rejected advertising not meeting publisher standards will be
refunded.
ADVERTISING DEADLINE
Finished ad files are to be
submitted in "jpeg" file format three business days prior to the desired publication date,
allowing for the publisher's review of ad content and initial
placement of the ad online.
